I made the suggestion at work for all the guys in the office to spend an hour or 2 on a Friday learning powershell lead by the guy that knows the most. Perhaps this book would be a better structured approach.

I bought the v2 book last year and it’s and excellent read.

I might have to pick up the updated version to read over Christmas before I start my next contract. Powershell knowledge isn’t a “nice to have” skill any more – it’s essential.

Don Jones has consistently been the best Powershell author since 2006, in my opinion. You can tell, even by the way he talks on the Powerscripting podcast that he pulls no punches and tells it like it it.

I’m sure this will be a great book too and would love to own a copy.
